We want you to love your Blenders, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase for all domestic orders. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Select Items and Reason
Choose the specific shades you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason why they didn't work out for you.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Pack your items securely, attach the label to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
